Before Your Session
At the beginning of a session, we take time to discuss your intentions, answer questions and explain the selected technique.
You are welcome to share anything you feel is relevant, but you are not required to disclose detailed personal or medical information.
Please wear comfortable clothing and remove jewellery or other items when necessary for the session.
We will explain whether the technique involves physical contact, and your personal boundaries and preferences will always be respected.
During Your Session
Sessions are adapted to the chosen technique and individual needs. Depending on the modality, you may be lying down, sitting or participating online.
You are welcome to ask questions, express discomfort or request a pause at any time.
We encourage you to communicate your needs openly so that the session can be as comfortable and supportive as possible.
After Your Session
Everyone experiences sound-based sessions differently. We encourage you to allow yourself time to rest, reflect and integrate your experience in your own way.
If you have questions about your experience afterwards, you are welcome to contact TYBU.
Personal Responsibility & Safety
Please attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If you feel unwell or have concerns about whether a particular technique is suitable for you, please contact TYBU before your appointment.
Sound-based wellbeing sessions do not guarantee specific results and should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional healthcare.
Confidentiality & Privacy
