26th of September, Saturday @18:00 - 19:30 This Group Biofield Tuning workshops takes place at: Humaplace, C3 – Studios, Huismanstraat 30, 3082 HK, Rotterdam Safe to Feel Tuning the Sacral ✨ Do you ever feel guilty for wanting what you want? ✨ Or notice shame around pleasure, creativity, intimacy, or choosing what feels good to you? The right side of the sacral chakra holds the energy of how we express our desires, emotions, pleasure, and creativity into the world. When guilt or shame lives here, we may begin to hide parts of ourselves, disconnect from what we truly enjoy, or question whether our needs and desires are allowed. Sometimes this shows up as overdoing. We stay busy, useful, productive, or responsible, so we don’t have to meet the tender feelings underneath. But your desire is not wrong. Your pleasure is not selfish. Your feelings are not too much. In Biofield Tuning, we gently meet these patterns through sound and vibration. As the tuning forks move through the biofield, they help soften places where guilt, shame, and self-judgment may be held. Through Biofield Tuning, tuning forks, and sound balancing, you are invited to soften and reconnect with feeling, pleasure, creativity, and self-acceptance. If you are new to Biofield Tuning, a group workshop is a beautiful introduction to this method. If you have already experienced one-on-one sessions, the group setting offers a different and unique experience. Please bring your own yoga mat and enough blankets to keep yourself comfortable and warm - you will be lying down, and as your body begins to relax deeply, your temperature may naturally drop.
