SomaEnergetics Phase 1 is a gentle yet powerful two-day immersion into the world of tuning forks, sound, vibration, and energy work. Over the course of the weekend, you will learn the Energy Vitality Technique (EVT), the foundational SomaEnergetics method. This technique is designed to activate dormant energy, strengthen your connection with the Universal Energy Field, and support the balanced distribution of energy through the body’s energy centres. This is a highly practical training with plenty of time to practise, receive the technique yourself, ask questions, and build confidence in using the tuning forks. You will be guided step by step in a small and supportive group, with a maximum of four participants at the TYBU location in Rotterdam. No previous experience is required. The training is suitable for massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, yoga teachers, holistic and energy practitioners, as well as anyone who feels drawn to sound, vibration, personal growth, and energetic well-being. Phase 1 is a complete training in itself. SomaEnergetics consists of three phases, but there is no obligation to continue further. For those who wish to develop their skills professionally, an optional Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner Program is available. The training includes approximately 12 hours of teaching, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and a comprehensive course manual.
