Inner Dance Balancing Masculine & Feminine Energy ✨ Do you often feel torn between doing and being? ✨ Between holding it all together and letting it all flow? Within each of us lives a dance — the steady, action-oriented structure of the masculine, and the fluid, intuitive presence of the feminine. These aren’t about gender, but about the energies that shape how we move through life. When one dominates and the other is suppressed, we may feel disconnected, restless, or stuck in cycles of over-effort or avoidance. We push too hard, or float without direction. And beneath it all, we long for wholeness. In Yin Yoga, we meet the body in stillness - softening, listening, and allowing. The deep, sustained postures help unwind patterns of resistance and bring the nervous system into a receptive state. Through Biofield Tuning, we work with sound in the energy field, using tuning forks to clear imbalances and restore harmony between the left and right sides of the body - each connected to feminine and masculine qualities.
